The laboratory allows students test to assess the various fresh and hardened concrete properties that may affect the performance of concrete members. There many apparatus and machines available at the concrete technology lab like concrete mixer, Compressive testing machine etc.

Soil Testing is an integral part of soil mechanics. A proper evaluation of soil samples and analysis of test results are essential for students and practicing civil Engineers.

Name of the laboratory: Public Health Engineering Lab (Odd Sem)

The Public Health Engineering laboratory practical provides good insight into different experimental methods relevant to Environmental Engineering.  In this lab we performs various test on drinking water and sewage samples to check pH value, total dissolved solids, BOD and COD, total suspended particles etc. as per BIS standard.

It is essential to study and understand the basics principles described in engineering mechanics. It helps civil engineering students further in solving complex problems.

The survey store is used to store the equipment’s required for surveying. This store enables student to understand the basic principles of surveying.

Name of the laboratory: Mechanics of Structure Lab (Odd Sem)

Structural Analysis experiments help to understand, to know the practical behavior of the physical structures like beams, different arches, roof truss etc. A proper structural analysis of these structures helps the students to solve the practical problems.

A basic knowledge of hydraulics and (fluid) machinery is essential for all the civil engineers because they frequently come across a variety of problems involving flow of fluids. This hydraulic lab helps to understand physical processes more clearly.

Name of the laboratory: Computer Aided Drawing Lab (Odd Sem)

It is essential to have sufficient knowledge of engineering tools like Auto CAD. It helps student to prepare plan, designs easily and in less time, which is important to work in fast growing industry. In this lab 25 computers are provided with essential software’s like Auto CAD.
